目的研究亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体的致畸变作用。方法采用灌胃法使小鼠染毒,设亚硒酸钠高、中、低三个剂量组,另设蒸馏水作阴性对照,环磷酰胺为阳性对照组。结果染色体畸变率在Na2SeO3高、中、低剂量组与阴性对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);染色体畸变率在三个剂量组随Na2SeO3剂量的增加而增强,低剂量组与高剂量组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Na2SeO3对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体有明显致畸作用且随剂量增加而增强。
Objective To study the effect of sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) on chromosome aberration in mouse bone marrow cells. Methods The mice were inoculated intragastrically by gavage. Serum sodium selenite was given as high, medium and low doses, and distilled water was used as negative control. Cyclophosphamide was used as positive control. Results The chromosome aberration rate in Na2SeO3 high, medium and low dose groups compared with the negative control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); chromosome aberration rate in three dose group with Na2SeO3 dose increased, low dose group Compared with the high dose group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Na2SeO3 has a significant teratogenic effect on the chromosome of mouse bone marrow cells and increases with increasing doses.
