采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术分析了丰田汽车标志牌的成型过程,并分析了其表面缩痕及翘曲变形等产生的原因。分别采用改变浇注系统位置和去料改变注塑件厚度的方法来解决注塑件的表面缩痕和翘曲变形等问题。结果表明,改变浇注系统位置无法解决这些问题;而通过去料将注塑件中心厚度改为3.6 mm时,沉降指数最大值由原来的4.493%降低到3.886%,且沉降指数的变化更加平缓,改善了注塑件表面的缩痕;翘曲变形量由原来的0.4816 mm降低到0.2414 mm。
The forming process of TOYOTA automobile signboard was analyzed by computer aided engineering (CAE) technology, and the causes of the surface shrinkage marks and warpage were analyzed. Respectively to change the position of the casting system and to change the thickness of injection molded parts to solve the problem of shrink marks and warpage on the surface of injection molded parts. The results show that changing the position of the casting system can not solve these problems. When the center thickness of the injection-molded part is 3.6 mm, the maximum settlement index decreases from 4.493% to 3.886%, and the settlement index changes more smoothly and improves The shrinkage marks on the surface of the injection molded parts; warpage deformation reduced from 0.4816 mm to 0.2414 mm.
