本文简述了振动切削的良好效果;简单介绍了研制对象的参数和结构;详述了研制对象的工艺试验条件及对比实验条件;分别列出了试验组和对比组的中径参数的统计分析结果,提供了试验组和对比组的切屑图片、对切屑形态作了对比和分析,从尺寸精度和功率消耗上推证了研制对象的优势。
In this paper, the effect of vibration cutting is described briefly. The parameter and structure of the object to be developed are briefly introduced. The process conditions and the comparison experiment conditions are elaborated. The statistical analysis of the medium diameter parameters of the test group and the control group As a result, the chip pictures of the test group and the control group were provided, the chip morphology was compared and analyzed, and the advantages of the object were deduced from the dimensional accuracy and power consumption.
