2010年,经北京市政府、市委宣传部、北京市文物局相关单位充分听取国内资深文物保护和考古专家的意见,孔庙和国子监博物馆决定实施“孔庙进士题名碑和十三经碑林保护项目工程”。此项工程的主要内容:一是对孔庙十三经碑林保护棚进行修缮、对孔庙进士题名碑进行适当调整,重新建造碑廊和碑亭;二是对孔庙进士题名碑和十三经碑林进行保护,包括石质状况采样调查、残裂修复、碑身排列调整等。进一步加强对进士题名碑和十三经碑林石刻文物的科学保护,旨在确保文物安全的基础上,积极发挥文物的科学价值、研究价值、文化价值、教育价值,为首都文化核心区建设、人文北京建设和世界城市建设提供服务,为中华文化的大繁荣、大发展和提升中华“软实力”提供智力保障。本文主要从修缮工程保护利用思路、领导重视、专家支招、明确方案以及修缮工程协调会纪要三方面进行了论述。
In 2010, the Beijing Municipality Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics and relevant agencies fully listen to the opinions of senior domestic heritage conservation and archaeological experts, Confucius Temple and the Imperial College Museum decided to implement the “Confucius Temple Jinshi title monument and the thirteen by the Forest of Stone Tablets Project ”. The main contents of this project: First, Confucius Temple thirteen by the protection of the forest protection shed repairs, Confucian Temple Jinshi title tablets appropriate adjustments to rebuild the Beilun and Beiting; second Confucius Temple Jinshi title monument and the Thirteen by the Stone Forest Protection, including stony status sampling survey, broken repair, body alignment adjustment. On the basis of ensuring the safety of cultural relics, it will also give full play to the scientific value, research value, cultural value and educational value of cultural relics. It will serve the construction of the core cultural capital of the capital and the cultural Beijing and World Urban Construction to provide intellectual protection for the prosperity of the Chinese culture, great development and enhancement of the “soft power” of China. This article mainly elaborates from three aspects: the idea of protection and utilization of renovation project, the importance of leaders, experts and experts, a clear plan and the minutes of the coordination meeting of the renovation project.
