案例教学法在《法理学》教学中具有重要意义,不仅将《法理学》抽象理论形象化;而且与部门法融通起来,同时,也将法律精神培育感性化。案例教学应遵循典型化、鼓励参与和启发教学原则。提高《法理学》案例教学效率,不仅应建构《法理学》教学案例库,精选案例;而且在教学中应努力促进双向互动。不仅应优化现代教学手段,而且应重视案例教学研究机制。
The Case Teaching Method is of great significance in the teaching of Jurisprudence. It not only visualizes the abstract theory of Jurisprudence, but also integrates with the Sectoral Law. At the same time, it also induces the cultivation of the legal spirit. Case teaching should follow the typical, to encourage participation and inspire teaching principles. To improve the teaching efficiency of “Jurisprudence” case, we should construct not only “Jurisprudence” teaching case library and selected cases, but also strive to promote two-way interaction in teaching. Not only should optimize the modern teaching methods, but also should pay attention to the case teaching research mechanism.
