2,2-二(3-硝基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷作为合成2,2-二(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷的中间体,其合成对于2,2-二(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷的合成至关重要。目前,关于2,2-二(3-硝基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷的合成,共有两种专利方法:美国专利和日本专利。本文将对这两个专利的反应条件进行讨论、比较和分析,分别优化出两个专利的最适宜的反应条件,从而优选出最佳的合成路线。结果表明:日本专利的2,2-二(3-硝基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷的合成方法步骤简单,产率高,适合于工业化生产。
2,2-bis (3-nitro-4-hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane was synthesized as an intermediate for the synthesis of 2,2-bis (3-amino-4- hydroxyphenyl) The synthesis of 2-bis (3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane is of crucial importance. At present, there are two patented methods for the synthesis of 2,2-bis (3-nitro-4-hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane: US patents and Japanese patents. In this paper, the reaction conditions of these two patents will be discussed, compared and analyzed, and the optimum reaction conditions of the two patents will be optimized respectively so as to optimize the optimal synthesis route. The results show that the method of synthesis of 2,2-bis (3-nitro-4-hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane in Japanese patent is simple and has high yield and is suitable for industrialized production.
