从36例未经治疗的病人(男性32例,女性4例)作活检取材,应含有足够的瘤组织,其中感染或坏死程度,应不致妨碍肿瘤上皮细胞中酶含量的测定。肿瘤划分为:分化良好(Ⅰ级)、中度分化(Ⅱ级)及分化不良至未分化(Ⅲ级)。活检材料用二氧化碳速冻,用低温恒温切片机作连续切片,测定以下各种酶的活度:硷性及酸性磷酸酶、5-核苷酸酶、三磷酸腺苷酸酶、非特异性脂酶、白氨酸氨基肽酯、丁二酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、β-羟基丁酸脱氢酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、α甘油磷酸脱氢酶及尿定二磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶。从这一次观察可以明显看出,喉郎鳞癌的酶型特性与其他部位的类似肿瘤很相似;而且各种酶的活性,虽然有较大的个体差异,但与肿瘤的
Thirty-six untreated patients (32 males and 4 females) should have adequate tumor tissue for biopsy, and the extent of infection or necrosis should not interfere with the determination of the enzyme content in tumor epithelial cells.
