现在多数人学练太极拳的目的是健身。在广泛推广太极拳活动中,如何更好地充分发挥太极拳的健身效应是大家普遍关心的问题。围绕这个问题,我们珠海市太极拳协会的同事们经过多年的实践,曾于2004年在《中华武术》发表的《从太极操到太极拳》一文中作过介绍,近年来,我们又作了进一步挥索。我们协会现有在册会员2000多人。从锻炼的健身效果看,大致有几类情况。①学会套路动作,按拳理法加以规范,除了教,更注意改。由于立身中正,动作舒缓,周身协调,
