目的通过静脉注射盐酸普罗帕酮注射液治疗阵发性心房颤动的疗效观察。方法对1997年11月至2002年7月广东省中山市博爱医院收治的20例阵发性心房颤动患者,用普罗帕酮注射液每次70～210 mg的总量,静脉注射后,观察并记录心率、血压情况,了解其对病人血压、心率等的影响。结果本组20例中阵发性心房颤动注射普罗帕酮注射液后有17例获转复,总有效率达85%。17例均在注射药物后8～51 min 内转复,平均转复时间(22.8±15)min;注射普罗帕酮注射液后血压均平稳。结论普罗帕酮注射液治疗阵发性心房颤动,起效较快,副反应少,安全,实用性好。
Objective To observe the curative effect of propafenone hydrochloride intravenous injection on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods Twenty patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to Pok Oi Hospital of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province from November 1997 to July 2002 were treated with propafenone injection for 70 ~ 210 mg every time. After intravenous injection, Record heart rate, blood pressure, understand its impact on the patient’s blood pressure, heart rate and so on. Results The group of 20 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after propafenone injection in 17 cases were transferred, the total effective rate was 85%. Seventeen patients recovered within 8 to 51 minutes after injection of the drug, with an average recovery time of (22.8 ± 15) min. Blood pressure was stable after propafenone injection. Conclusion Propafenone injection for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, rapid onset, fewer side effects, safety, practicality.
