本文通过电子显微镜和X衍射分析仪对陶瓷基复合耐热涂层(Al_2O_3-FNA_1-Cu)的显微组织进行了研究。着重分析了火焰喷涂陶瓷基复合粉末涂层的扩散反应和液相烧结,以及晶粒细小等特征。文中还讨论了这些显微结构特征对徐层结合强度、耐热性能和抗热震性能等的影响。
In this paper, the microstructure of the ceramic-based composite heat-resistant coating (Al 2 O 3 -FNA 1-Cu) has been studied by means of electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The diffusion reaction and liquid-phase sintering of the flame-sprayed ceramic-based composite powder coating as well as the characteristics of the fine grain are analyzed emphatically. The effects of these microstructures on the bonding strength, heat resistance and thermal shock resistance of the Xu layer are also discussed.
