云南省19个县市黄胸鼠体表蚤类种类调查

目的研究黄胸鼠体表寄生蚤类的种类组成及物种多样性。方法用鼠笼及鼠夹加食饵诱捕小型哺乳动物(小兽),分类鉴定其中的黄胸鼠。采集黄胸鼠体表寄生蚤类,在实验室制成玻片标本,经干燥透明后于光学显微镜下鉴定蚤种。结果1997~2004年在云南省共调查19个县(市),捕获黄胸鼠3757只,从其体表采集到蚤类2181只,分别隶属于5科16属18种。西南山地亚区采集到蚤类1306只,隶属于5科13属15种。滇南山地亚区采集到蚤类875只,隶属于5科7属7种。结论黄胸鼠体表寄生蚤类种类丰富,不同动物地理区域的蚤类构成有差异。 Objective To study the species composition and species diversity of parasitic fleas on the body of the rodent. Methods The small mammals (small mammals) were induced by using the squirrel cage and rat trap plus bait, and the labiatum was identified by classification. Parasitic fleas were collected from the body surface of Rattus flavipectus, and slides were made in the laboratory. After drying and transparency, the fleas were identified under a light microscope. Results A total of 3757 specimens of Rattus flavipectus were collected from 19 counties (cities) in Yunnan Province from 1997 to 2004, and 2181 fleas were collected from their body surface, belonging to 16 families, 5 families and 18 species. A total of 1306 fleas were collected from the Southwest Mountain Sub-region, belonging to 15 species, 13 genera, 5 families. 875 fleas were collected from the mountainous area of ​​South Yunnan, belonging to 7 species of 5 genera and 7 genera. Conclusion There are abundant parasitic fleas on the surface of the body of Rattus flavipectus, and there are differences in the composition of fleas in different animal geographical areas.
