我是一位山区少数民族地区的音乐教师。长期以来,山区少数民族地区的音乐教育不被重视,音乐课只是作为学校教育的一种点缀。有的学校将专职的音乐老师转岗上语、数、外等文化课;有学校虽有少数专职的音乐老师,但教学方法单一,教学质量低下,还存在教一句唱一句,单纯地教几支歌就算上音乐课的现象。在大力倡导素质教育的今天,如何使山区少数民族地区的音乐教育跟上时代的步伐,我依据学校音乐教学的实际情况,在音乐教学上进行了一定的探索和努力。
