目的观察颈内动脉系统脑梗死患者血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的动态变化,探讨其在颈内动脉系统脑梗死发生发展过程中的作用和意义。方法用ELISA法检测48例颈内动脉系统脑梗死患者发病2d内和2周以及38例健康体检者血浆MMP-9的含量。结果颈内动脉系统脑梗死发病2天内的血浆MMP-9水平显著高于发病2周后(P<0.01)和对照组(P<0.01)。后两者比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。梗死灶面积大小及神经功能缺损程度与脑梗死发病2d内血浆MMP-9水平呈正相关(r=0.757,P<0.01)。结论 MMP-9水平可以反映颈内动脉系统脑梗死灶面积大小及病情严重程度。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of plasma matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients with internal carotid artery cerebral infarction and to explore the role and significance of MMP-9 in the development and progression of cerebral infarction in the internal carotid artery. Methods The plasma levels of MMP-9 in 48 patients with internal carotid artery cerebral infarction within 2 days and 2 weeks and 38 healthy controls were detected by ELISA. Results The level of plasma MMP-9 within 2 days after onset of ICA was significantly higher than that at 2 weeks after onset (P <0.01) and control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the latter two groups (P> 0.05). The extent of infarct size and the degree of neurological deficit were positively correlated with plasma MMP-9 levels within 2 days of onset of cerebral infarction (r = 0.757, P <0.01). Conclusion The level of MMP-9 can reflect the size and severity of cerebral infarction in internal carotid artery.
