在教学过程中,掌握知识技能与发展能力是相互依存,相互促进的。所以,教学中要注意在传授知识的同时着力发展学生智力,培养其学习的能力。没有正确的知识就谈不上转化为能力的问题,能力必须用正确的知识来丰富和指导,没有能力的培养,知识是不会自动转化为能力的。正确的知识通过能力的训练可以转化为能力,能力又可以丰富正确的知识,二者结合起来就会产生新的飞跃,将正确的知识变为真正的有用的可靠知识。再用这个被能力丰富了的知识去再一次指导实践(再次能力训练)又会产生第二次飞跃——使知识变为更可靠更有用的创新知识。这是完全符合辩证唯物论的全部认识论的。
In the teaching process, mastering knowledge and skills and developing abilities are interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Therefore, teaching should pay attention to imparting knowledge while at the same time developing students’ intelligence and cultivating their ability to learn. Without proper knowledge, there is no question of being transformed into ability. Ability must be enriched and guided by the right knowledge. Without the cultivation of ability, knowledge will not be automatically transformed into ability. The right knowledge can be transformed into ability through the training of the ability, and the ability can enrich the correct knowledge. The combination of the two will produce a new leap, turning the correct knowledge into a truly useful and reliable knowledge. Reusing the knowledge of this ability to once again guide the practice (re-ability training) will produce a second leap - making knowledge become more reliable and useful innovation knowledge. This is fully consistent with the epistemology of dialectical materialism.
