目的:优选培土清心颗粒的提取工艺条件。方法:以挥发油收率为指标,采用单因素试验考察加水量、浸泡及蒸馏时间对挥发油提取工艺的影响;以连翘苷提取率和出膏率为综合评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验考察提取次数、提取时间、加水量、浸泡时间对水提取工艺的影响。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水浸泡0.5 h,蒸馏6 h;最佳水提取工艺为加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺简单、稳定、可行,为培土清心颗粒的成型工艺研究奠定基础。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology conditions of Xietuqingxin granules. Methods: The volatile oil yield as an indicator, the single factor test was used to investigate the effects of water addition, soaking time and distillation time on the extraction of volatile oil. Based on the single factor test, Orthogonal test to investigate the number of extraction, extraction time, water, soaking time on water extraction process. Results: The best extraction process of volatile oil was adding 8 times the amount of water soaked 0.5 h, distillation 6 h; the best water extraction process plus 10 times the amount of boiling water 3 times, each 1 h. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is simple, stable and feasible, which lays a good foundation for the research on the forming technology of earth-milled Qingxin granules.
