在郑州至开封城际铁路开通之际,以满足郑开城际铁路客流为出发点,围绕旅速系数和扣除系数指标,本文分析了郑州至开封城际铁路三种基本开行方案的优缺点,得出了跨站停方案中在中间站停2站方案是一种较优的方案。在此基础上,对单列停站2次不被越行和被越行以及多列停站2次按先行列车停近方站、后续列车停远方站和按先行列车停远方站、后续列车停近方站方式组合时的扣除系数和旅速系数进行分析计算,得出后者是最优方案的结论。
