<正> 例1,男,47岁,浴室工人。右上眼睑瘙痒十余天就诊。病初自觉右上眼睑瘙痒,逐渐加重,家人查看未见特殊。无阴阜,腋下等皮肤瘙痒。家人无类似发作。 查体 系统检查无异常。

<正> 例1,男,47岁,浴室工人。右上眼睑瘙痒十余天就诊。病初自觉右上眼睑瘙痒,逐渐加重,家人查看未见特殊。无阴阜,腋下等皮肤瘙痒。家人无类似发作。 查体 系统检查无异常。皮肤科情况:右上睑缘微红肿,无分泌物,睫毛根部见灰褐色堆积物,放大镜下观察见阴虱卵附着在睫毛根部。眉毛、阴毛、腋下无异常。 治疗 剪除患侧睫毛,清除虱虫及卵。随访三个月未见复发。 例2,患者,女,55岁,个体旅馆业。右上眼睑瘙痒二周就诊。发病前局部无刺激,自觉眼
