为观察中药膏绷带外用的安全性 ,进行了大鼠完整皮肤刺激性及经皮毒性试验 ;大鼠损伤皮肤刺激性与经皮毒性试验 ;豚鼠完整、损伤皮肤刺激性及经皮毒性试验、豚鼠皮肤过敏反应试验。结果显示大鼠完整皮肤刺激与经皮毒性测定 ,各组动物涂药后未见皮肤红肿与其他异常反应 ,用药组与对照组比较 ,无明显差异 ;大鼠损伤皮肤刺激及经皮毒性测定 ,涂药后动物背部皮肤伤口发红 ,涂药后 1h左右皮肤恢复正常 ,随伤口愈合而这种反应逐渐减轻至消失 ;豚鼠完整、损伤皮肤刺激性及经皮毒性测定 ,涂 、 、N组 (皮肤完整组 )涂药后局部皮肤无红肿现象。药 组 (皮肤损伤组 )涂药后 ,局部皮肤微发红 ,于涂药后的 10 h红肿消失 ,1周内伤痊愈 ,无 1例感染。豚鼠皮肤过敏反应测定 ,局部皮肤未见红肿现象 ,过敏反应级数为 0级。阳性对照组 6、12小时 ,可见轻度水肿 ,2 4小时红肿明显 ,过敏反应组数平均为 2级

After the drug group (skin-injury group) was applied, the local skin was slightly reddened, redness and swelling disappeared within 10 hours after the application of the drug, and the injury was cured within one week without infection. The skin irritation reaction in guinea pigs showed no redness on the skin, and the allergic reaction was grade 0.
