齿轮传动的动态性能和许多因素有关,情况是非常复杂的。本文分析了齿轮传动的频率特性和它产生的频率和幅值调制信号。利用倒频谱技术可以区分齿轮箱中不同转速的齿轮所产生的振动信号,同时倒频谱不会受信号传递通道和信号问的相位所影响。因此倒频谱是分析齿轮缺陷的有效工具。本文还介绍了作者研制的倒频谱分析软件。齿轮传动的动态性能和失效形式与许多机械传动元件不同,有其本身的特点。因此,对齿轮工作状态的监测和诊断也有不同的方法。一对齿轮在一定转速和负载下运转时,会产生各种频率的振动。很早以来人们就已注意到这些振动和齿轮的工作状态有密切的联系。但是齿轮的振动特性和许多因素有关,例如齿廓形状,转速,负载,齿轮、轮齿和转轴的刚度,齿轮偏心,磨损的程度及形式等。这许多因素会以不同的程度作用在齿轮机构上,因此情况是非常复杂的。如何有效地对齿轮工作状态作出诊断,一直的人们关心的问题,在许多不同的分析方法中,倒频谱技术是一种有前途的方法。本文对倒频谱在齿轮故障诊断中的应用作一些探讨,并提出相应的软件。
The dynamics of gear drives are related to many factors and the situation is very complex. This article analyzes the frequency characteristics of the gear drive and the frequency and amplitude modulation signals it produces. The cepstrum technique can be used to distinguish the vibration signals generated by gears of different speeds in the gearbox while the cepstrum is not affected by the phase of the signal transmission channel and the signal. Cepstrum is therefore an effective tool for analyzing gear defects. This article also introduced the author developed cepstrum analysis software. The dynamic performance and failure modes of gear transmission are different from many mechanical transmission components and have their own characteristics. Therefore, there are different ways to monitor and diagnose the working condition of gears. A pair of gears at a certain speed and load operation, will have a variety of frequency vibration. It has long been noted that these vibrations are closely linked with the working condition of the gears. However, the vibration characteristics of gears are related to many factors such as tooth profile shape, speed, load, gear, gear and shaft stiffness, gear eccentricity, degree and form of wear, and the like. Many of these factors act on gear mechanisms to different extents, so the situation is very complicated. How to effectively diagnose the working condition of gears has always been a concern for people. In many different analysis methods, cepstrum technology is a promising method. This article makes some discussions on the application of cepstrum in gear fault diagnosis and puts forward the corresponding software.
