目的分析疼痛控制护理在促进创伤性骨折患者术后康复中的作用。方法将136例创伤性骨折患者分为A、B两组各68例,B组行常规护理,A组在B组基础上实施疼痛控制护理,对比两组恢复情况。结果 A组疼痛程度、焦虑、抑郁情绪均低于B组,关节功能改善优于B组,住院时间短于B组。结论疼痛控制护理可显著促进创伤性骨折患者术后康复,减轻术后疼痛。
Objective To analyze the role of pain control nursing in promoting the postoperative recovery of patients with traumatic fracture. Methods One hundred and sixty-six traumatic fractures were divided into two groups (A and B), 68 cases each. Group B received routine nursing care. Group A received pain control nursing based on group B, and compared the recovery of the two groups. Results The pain degree, anxiety and depression in group A were lower than those in group B, the improvement of joint function was better than that of group B, and the length of stay in hospital was shorter than that in group B. Conclusion The pain control nursing can significantly promote postoperative recovery of patients with traumatic fracture and relieve postoperative pain.
