采用按照WHO推荐的“神经行为核心测试组合”(NCTB)设计的SG-A神经行为功能测试和情感状态特征(POMS)问卷,对61名接触纺织噪声工人及35名对照者进行了神经行为功能测试。结果接噪组POMS问卷T、D、A、F四项得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),听简单反应时,听选择反应时、敏捷能力、记忆能力、行为特征指数5项指标与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),且部分测试指标随接噪工龄增长而呈现递增或递减的趋势。提示神经行为功能测试有可能成为接噪工人亚临床改变的早期检测指标
Using SG-A neurobehavioral functional test and emotional status feature (POMS) questionnaire designed by WHO in “Nerve Behavioral Core Testing Combinatorial” (NCTB), 61 neuropsychological functions were performed on 61 workers exposed to textile noise and 35 controls test.
