本文研究了血样中苯并二氮类、巴比妥类和吩噻嗪类等１１种药物的分离纯化方法。药物的回收率在７８．５～９４．５％，最小检出浓度为０．１～０．４μｇ／ｍｌ血浆。本法还成功地应用于尿样及某些药物代谢产物的分离、纯化。
In this paper, the separation and purification of 11 drugs such as benzodiazepines, barbiturates and phenothiazines in blood samples were studied. Drug recovery rate of 78.5 ~ 94.5%, the minimum detectable concentration of 0.1 ~ 0.4μg / ml plasma. The law has also been successfully applied to the separation and purification of urine samples and certain drug metabolites.
