目的:观察玉屏风散生物转化液对免疫抑制小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:用流式细胞仪对外周血中CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T进行测定;采用ELISA法检测外周血中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量。结果:与环磷酰胺组比较,玉屏风散生物转化液组CD4+T和CD8+T细胞的百分率提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),CD4+T/CD8+T明显上升(P<0.01);小鼠血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:玉屏风散生物转化液可能是通过调节体内CD4+T和CD8+T细胞亚群比例平衡,纠正Thl/Th2漂移现象,维持Th1的优势,提高机体的细胞免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the effects of Yupingfeng San biological reconstitution liquid on cellular immune function in immunosuppressed mice. Methods: The levels of CD4 + T, CD8 + T and CD4 + T / CD8 + T in peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometry. The levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) (IFN-γ) content. Results: Compared with cyclophosphamide group, the percentage of CD4 + T and CD8 + T cells increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05) and CD4 + T / CD8 + T increased significantly ). Serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ were significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Yupingfeng San bioconversion solution may correct Th1 / Th2 drift by regulating the balance of CD4 + T and CD8 + T cell subsets in vivo, maintain the advantage of Th1 and improve the cellular immune function.
