本文报告48例50眼视网膜下液维生素C测定的结果。结果表明随着脱离时间增加及视网膜脱离伴发葡萄膜炎反应时,维生素C浓度减少,而有裂孔存在的眼及裂孔数多的眼,维生素C浓度增加,但与视网膜脱离范围及手术结果无关,由此进一步说明视网膜下液是来自玻璃体及脉络膜毛细血管。
This article reports 48 cases of 50 subretinal fluid vitamin C determination results. The results showed that the concentration of vitamin C increased with the increase of detachment time and retinal detachment associated with uveitis, while the concentration of vitamin C decreased while the number of eyes with holes existed and the number of holes were increased. However, it was not associated with the range of retinal detachment and the surgical outcome , Further illustrating that subretinal fluid is derived from vitreous and choroidal capillaries.
