1.引言随着水轮机的输出功率和水头不断增大,对质量的要求愈来愈高,如耐磨、耐气蚀、耐腐蚀、高强度、高韧性及其它材质性能都要求很高。加之考虑到现场装配的施工情况,转轮材料的可焊性选择也是要适当考虑的主要问题之一。我们制造了许多碳钢、13%Cr—Ni不锈钢和18%Cr—8%Ni不锈钢水轮机转轮。就操作效果和成本而言,在满足上述条件方面,13%Cr—Ni铸钢得到推广。众所周知,转轮铸件尺寸的精确度对发电效率有很大影响。作

INTRODUCTION With the increasing output and head of hydraulic turbine, the quality requirements are getting higher and higher, such as wear resistance, cavitation erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, high toughness and other material properties. Coupled with the construction of the site assembly, the choice of weldability of the wheel material is also one of the main issues to be properly considered. We manufacture many carbon steel, 13% Cr-Ni stainless steel and 18% Cr-8% Ni stainless steel turbine runners. In terms of operational efficiency and cost, 13% Cr-Ni cast steel is promoted in meeting the above conditions. As we all know, the accuracy of runner casting size has a great impact on power generation efficiency. Make
