公交企业在市场化进程中具有两重性。一方面要考虑企业的经济收益,发挥资源配置优势,利用科技创新来提升企业竞争力;另一方面也要考虑社会公益性,创建良好的服务和品牌意识,满足市民的出行要求。本文主要介绍了上海强生公共汽车有限公司改变传统观念,利用科技创新参与市场竞争。同时也结合正在开展的科技改造传统管理活动,在实践中不断总结,争取企业有更好的发展。
Bus companies in the marketization process has duality. On the one hand, we must consider the economic benefits of enterprises, give full play to the advantages of resource allocation, and make use of technological innovation to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. On the other hand, we must also consider social public welfare, create good service and brand awareness, and satisfy citizens’ travel requirements. This article mainly introduces Shanghai Johnson & Johnson Bus Co., Ltd. to change the traditional concept and take advantage of technological innovation to participate in market competition. At the same time, it also reorganizes the traditional management activities based on the ongoing science and technology and constantly summarizes in practice so as to strive for better development of the enterprises.
