通过开设有机共聚反应实验,使高中学生体验有机化学的奥妙。将甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合得到有机玻璃,考察了原料纯度、反应温度、水分和氧气、模具等多种因素对产品质量和性状的影响。以生活中常见的玻璃板、精油瓶、许愿瓶、青霉素瓶、硅胶冰格为模具成功制得了形貌各异的板、棒、墩和苹果、星星、戒指、杯子等有机玻璃品。还发现,用市售制冰块的硅胶冰格做模具制备出来的有机玻璃品具有磨砂玻璃的透明度和玉的质感,并能制成彩色。
By opening organic copolymerization experiments, high school students to experience the mystery of organic chemistry. The methyl methacrylate was polymerized to obtain the organic glass. The effects of raw material purity, reaction temperature, moisture and oxygen, mold and other factors on product quality and traits were investigated. Successfully made glass, oil bottles, wishing bottles, penicillin bottles, silicone ice lattice mold successfully made in the life of different shapes of plates, sticks, piers and apples, stars, rings, cups and other plexiglass products. It has also been found that the plexiglass articles made with the commercially available ice-making silicone ice lattice mold have the transparency of frosted glass and the jade texture and can be made into color.
