目的探讨肝缺血再灌注期间肝组织的损伤情况。方法制备家兔肝缺血再灌注模型,动态观察肝缺血、再灌注后不同时间的血浆谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)的变化。结果GPT、GOT活性在缺血、再灌注1小时内明显升高,尤以再灌注期为著,随后的5小时内无明显变化;在再灌注后的6~24小时内再次显著升高。结论肝缺血再灌注存在双相损伤,即Ⅰ相损伤和Ⅱ相损伤。
Objective To investigate the liver injury during liver ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Rabbit models of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion were prepared, and the changes of plasma glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) at different time after hepatic ischemia and reperfusion were observed. Results The activities of GPT and GOT were significantly increased within 1 hour of ischemia and reperfusion, especially during reperfusion. There was no significant change within 5 hours after reperfusion, and again significantly increased within 6 to 24 hours after reperfusion. Conclusion Biphasic injury exists in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury, which is the phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ phase injury.
