分析暗计数的来源,讨论温度及门控模式下各种参数对暗计数的影响,提出减小暗计数的有效方法。太低的温度不利于暗计数的减小,而应根据不同的APD选择合适的温度并与门控技术结合来消除暗计数。偏置电压的大小、门脉冲宽度和周期的选择对后脉冲的消除起着关键的作用。
The source of dark counts is analyzed. The effects of various parameters on dark counts in temperature and gating modes are discussed. An effective method of reducing dark counts is proposed. Too low temperature is not conducive to the reduction of dark counts, but should be based on different APD select the appropriate temperature and gating technology to eliminate the dark count. The magnitude of the bias voltage, the width of the gate pulse and the choice of period play a key role in the elimination of the post-pulse.
