不同生态条件下小麦籽粒蛋白质赖氨酸含量的变化

全国10个不同生态型的小麦品种籽粒蛋白质含量变动于8.37~12.72%之间,这些品种在贵州生态条件不同的3个点(贵阳、遵义、铜仁)种植后,籽粒蛋白质含量比原种子有所增加,春播的小麦籽粒蛋白质含量略高于秋播。蛋白质含量与日平均温度之间呈正向联系;与降雨量呈负向联系,其紧密程度视品种的不同而异。3个生态点的小麦籽粒赖氨酸含量的平均值比原种子高,冬性品种比春性品种赖氨酸含量高。海拔较低的铜仁地区赖氨酸含量最高,其次是遵义和贵阳花溪。小麦赖氨酸含量与日平均温度呈极显著正相关(r=0.6761).若以籽粒干重的百分数表示,蛋白质与赖氨酸含量呈正相关(r=0.5663)。 The grain protein content of 10 ecotypes of wheat varieties varied from 8.37% to 12.72% in China. There was a significant positive correlation between lysine content and daily average temperature (r = 0.6761) .When the percentage of kernel dry weight was expressed, protein and lysine content were positively correlated (r = 0.5663).
