乡镇企业是我国农村经济改革的伟大产物,在整个国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。中共中央十四届三中全会的决定,既为乡镇企业的发展创造了有利条件,也增加了其参与市场竞争的难度。面对市场经济的大潮,如何更好地发展乡镇企业,使之适应现代企业制度的建立,这是乡镇企业领导者,不容乐观的问题,应当看到目前乡镇企业存在的弱点。 Township enterprises are a great product of China’s rural economic reform and occupy a pivotal position in the entire national economy.
