Objective To investigate the related influencing factors of 328 abortion-aborted patients and provide reference for the prevention of missed abortion. Methods A retrospective analysis of 328 patients with missed abortion diagnosed and treated in Huizhou First Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2013 to June 2016 was selected as the case group. 100 non-abortive abortion pregnant women were selected as the control group during the same period. Clinical data form "to collect all the clinical data of the study subjects, the use of univariate analysis of the factors affecting missed abortion, using Logistic regression analysis of the relevant factors, statistical analysis of all patients with clinical data and abortion factors. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the educational level of cases and controls were basically the same, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The cases of age, gestational age, smoking and drinking history, history of cesarean section, abortion history, pregnancy The incidence of infection was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age, primipara, smoking and drinking history, cesarean section history, miscarriage history, pregnancy infection is missed abortion Risk factors (P <0.05). Conclusion The elderly, primipara, smoking and drinking history, history of cesarean section, abortion history, infection during pregnancy and missed abortion are independent risk factors. Prompt physicians should actively carry out health education of the pregnant women to develop good living habits and strengthen pre-pregnancy check publicity to prevent the occurrence of missed abortion.
