如何科学、精准的扶贫成为了时下迫切需要解决的问题之一。本文基于产业结构升级,通过查阅资料、设计问卷、实地调研、采访座谈等方式调研河北省调整产业结构精准扶贫的现状,深入分析我省精准扶贫过程中存在的问题,并基于科学产业结构体系,整合土地资源与生态环境,以循环经济为主体,构建一二三产业融合的循环经济模式、保障结构的完善、教育水平的提高等理论的一套完整系统化的精准扶贫。 How science and accurate poverty alleviation have become one of the urgent problems to be solved nowadays.
