经电弧熔炼数次 ,在优化的热处理条件下均匀化 ,制备出ZrV2 合金样品。利用Cerius 2 .0软件对C15型Laves相ZrV2 金属间化合物的X射线衍射 (XRD)谱的模拟结果和ASTM卡片 ,对所合成的样品进行物相分析。结果表明 :未经热处理的样品 ,物相组成复杂 ;在优化的热处理条件下均匀化后的样品为纯化合物相的ZrV2 合金 ,不含固溶体相
After several arc smelting and homogenization under optimized heat treatment conditions, a ZrV2 alloy sample was prepared. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra of C15-type Laves-phase ZrV2 intermetallic compounds were simulated by Cerius 2.0 software and the ASTM card was used to analyze the phases of the synthesized samples. The results show that the phase composition of the samples without heat treatment is complex. The samples homogenized under the optimal heat treatment conditions are pure compound phase ZrV2 alloy without solid solution phase
