为了解决硫酸渣精矿成球性能和成品球质量差的问题,研究了配加膨润土润磨对硫酸渣精矿成球性能及球团矿质量指标的影响。结果表明,在膨润土配比为1.7%,混合料水分为15%,润磨时间6min,造球时间15 min,预热温度950℃,生球预热时间6 min,焙烧温度1 210℃,焙烧时间15 min的条件下,可获得抗压强度为3 650 N/个,RI为86.28%,RSI指数为8.16%的成品球团矿。采用润磨技术,有望改善硫酸渣精矿的成球性能及其球团矿质量指标。 In order to solve the problem of the balling performance of the sulfuric acid slag concentrate and the poor quality of the finished ball, the effect of adding the bentonite wet grinding on the balling performance of the sulfuric acid slag concentrate and the pellet quality index was studied. The results show that when the proportion of bentonite is 1.7%, the moisture content of the mixture is 15%, the milling time is 6 min, the time of pelletizing is 15 min, the preheating temperature is 950 ℃, the time of pellet preheating is 6 min, the calcining temperature is 1210 ℃, Time 15 min, the finished pellets with compressive strength of 3 650 N / a, RI of 86.28% and RSI index of 8.16% can be obtained.
