本文报告给2天日龄雏鸡每日1.5kHz120dBSPL高强纯音暴露8小时,共刺激6天;随后分0.1、2和3周处死动物,其耳蜗基底乳头(Bp)行扫描电镜(SEM)和光镜(LM)观察,结果发现1.5kHz强纯音仅造成鸡Bp基部至中部内侧较窄范围毛细胞损害,毛细胞消失率占30%左右;当恢复1周后,受损处毛细胞迅速再生,至恢复2周后Bp基本正常。证明高强度纯音损害鸡内耳后受损区毛细胞有再生能力,再生毛细胞发育成熟而使Bp恢复正常形态。
