目的分析母乳喂养咨询门诊在增强孕妇母乳喂养知识中的价值。方法将该院2016年5月-9月收治的89例接受母乳喂养咨询指导的孕妇设为观察组,取2016年1月-5月接受孕妇学校常规健康教育的89例孕妇为对照组,比较两组孕妇的母乳喂养知识掌握情况和6个月的纯母乳喂养率。结果观察组的母乳知识掌握率为97.75%,明显高于对照组的88.76%,观察组6个月纯母乳喂养率为92.13%,同样高于对照组的77.53%,组间差异均具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.719、7.378,P<0.05)。结论对孕妇进行母乳喂养咨询指导可以有效提升孕妇母乳喂养知识掌握情况和纯母乳喂养率。
Objective To analyze the value of breastfeeding counseling clinics in enhancing breastfeeding knowledge of pregnant women. Methods A total of 89 pregnant women undergoing breastfeeding counseling and counseling from May to September in 2016 were enrolled in the study. 89 pregnant women undergoing routine health education at pregnant women’s school from January to May in 2016 were selected as the control group. Breastfeeding knowledge of two groups of pregnant women and six months of exclusive breastfeeding rate. Results The mastery rate of breast milk in observation group was 97.75%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (88.76%). In the observation group, the exclusive breastfeeding rate in 6 months was 92.13%, which was also higher than that in control group (77.53%). Significance (χ ~ 2 = 5.719, 7.378, P <0.05). Conclusion The advice and guidance of breastfeeding pregnant women can effectively improve the knowledge of breastfeeding pregnant women and exclusive breastfeeding rate.
