采用不同剂量的高压静电场处理大麦、甜菜、玉米等作物风干种子,处理剂量分别为1kV/cm*10min、1.5kV/cm*10min、2kV/cm*10min、2.5kV/cm*10min、3kV/cm*10min、3.5kV/cm*10min、4kV/cm*10min、4.5kV/cm*10min、5kV/cm*10min、5.5kV/cm*10min.处理后4、8、16、32、小时测量超弱发光强度.试验结果表明,发光强度与处理剂量成正相关,各作物种子发光强度随时间呈指数衰减.“,”Barley, beet, maize, etc. are treated with the high voltage static electric field of different treating doses, and, treating doses is 1kV/cm*10min, 1.5kV/cm*10min, 2kV/cm*10min, 2.5kV/cm*10min, 3kV/cm*10min, 3.5kV/cm*10min, 4kV/cm*10min, 4.5kV/cm*10min, 5kV/cm*10min, 5.5kV/cm*10min. The luminescence intensity of all kinds of the seeds weakens with time passing.
