目的评价2002—2014年甘肃省武威市凉州区结核病防治效益,为凉州区结核病防治工作的可持续发展提供科学依据。方法收集2002—2014年凉州区结核病防治工作的各类报表及基础资料,分析凉州区结核病防治工作产生的成效,应用Epi Data 3.0建立数据库,采用Spss 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 2014年凉州区结核病防治工作人员比2002年增加了175.00%,大专及以上学历人员占81.82%;非结核病防治机构网络报告的疑似肺结核病患者到结核病防治机构排查例数逐年提高,总体到位率差异有统计学意义(χ2=11 044.16,P<0.05);2002—2014年,凉州区的结核病防治经费投入307.67万元,共减少了2 321例患者死于结核病,避免了32 738名健康人感染结核分枝杆菌,挽回的社会总价值约为47 340.36万元。结论结核病防治工作是一项低投入、高产出的社会公益性事业,凉州区结核病防治工作成效明显、效益显著,但经费短缺使结核病防治工作的可持续发展受到威胁。
Objective To evaluate the benefits of tuberculosis control in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City, Gansu Province from 2002 to 2014 and provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of tuberculosis prevention and control in Liangzhou District. Methods Various reports and basic information on tuberculosis prevention and control in Liangzhou District from 2002 to 2014 were collected to analyze the effectiveness of tuberculosis prevention and control in Liangzhou District. Epi Data 3.0 was used to establish a database and the statistical analysis was carried out by using Spss 13.0 software. Results In 2014, the staffs of tuberculosis prevention and control in Liangzhou District increased by 175.00% compared with that in 2002, accounting for 81.82% of the staff with college degree or above. The number of suspected tuberculosis patients to tuberculosis prevention and control institutions reported by the network of non-tuberculosis prevention and treatment institutions increased year by year, The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 11 044.16, P <0.05). From 2002 to 2014, the funds for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in Liangzhou District were 3,076,700 yuan, reducing the total number of 2 321 cases of death from tuberculosis and avoiding 32 738 Healthy people infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the total social value of the recovery of about 47 3403600 yuan. Conclusion Tuberculosis prevention and control work is a low-input and high-yielding social public welfare undertaking. The work of tuberculosis prevention and control in Liangzhou District has achieved remarkable results with significant benefits. However, the shortage of funds makes the sustainable development of tuberculosis prevention and control threatened.
