目的 在确定肝囊型包虫病B超影像特征及其分布的基础上,系统观察阿苯达唑乳剂治疗期间包虫囊影像变化动态及其与疗效的关系,提出可用于药物治疗中疗效判定的影像分类方法。方法 对497例初诊的肝囊型包虫病患者共645个包虫囊的B超影像进行分类,观察不同影像类型在患者群体中的分布。结合212例肝包虫病患者在药物治疗过程中影像变化的规律进行比较分析,探讨影像类型与临床疗效的对应关系。结果 将肝囊型包虫病患者包虫囊的B超影像分为6型。各型影像在患者中的分布反映了包虫囊在人体内的自然演变过程。在药物治疗期间包虫囊的影像变化动态与自然演变过程相符。结论 本文提出的影像分类反映了包虫囊在人体内经历的从生长发育到衰老死亡的缓慢过程。药物治疗期间包虫囊的影像变化证明药物作用加速了这个过程。影像分类方法可用于腹部包虫病的诊断和药物治疗效果评价。
OBJECTIVE To determine the characteristics and distribution of B-mode ultrasonography in hepatic cystic echinococcosis, the relationship between the changes of hydatid cyst images and the therapeutic efficacy during albendazole emulsion treatment was observed systematically. Image classification method. Methods A total of 645 hydatid cysts from 497 newly diagnosed patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis were classified into two groups. The distribution of different image types in the patient population was observed. 212 patients with hepatic hydatid disease in the course of drug treatment in the image changes in the comparative analysis to explore the corresponding relationship between the type of imaging and clinical efficacy. Results The cystic echinococcosis of patients with cystic echinococcosis B-mode image is divided into 6 types. The distribution of each type of image in the patient reflects the natural evolution of the hydatid cyst in the human body. The dynamic changes of the image of the hydatid cyst during drug treatment coincide with the natural evolution. Conclusions The image classification presented in this paper reflects the slow progression of hydatid cysts in the human body from growth to senescence. Changes in the image of the hydatid cyst during drug treatment demonstrate that drug action speeds up this process. Image classification method can be used for the diagnosis of abdominal echinococcosis and drug treatment effect evaluation.
