用5×4不完全双列杂交研究了收获指数、生物产量和籽粒库容的遗传。Wr/Vr和D、H、(H/D)~(1/2)分析表明,该3个性状的遗传均符合加性-显性模型;收获指数、生物产量以加性效应为主;籽粒库容以显性效应为主;绵阳11和川麦21是改良生物产量和籽粒库容的较好亲本,809是改良生物产量和收获指数的较好亲本;收获指数、生物产量可从F_3代开始选择,籽粒库容则宜推迟到F_5代开始选择。
The inheritance of harvest index, biomass yield and grain storage capacity was studied by 5 × 4 incomplete diallel cross. Wr / Vr and D, H, (H / D) ~ (1/2) analysis showed that the genetic traits of the three traits all fit the additive-dominance model; the harvest index and the biological yield were dominated by the additive effect; The dominant population was dominated by dominant effect. Mianyang 11 and Chuanmai 21 were the better parents to improve the biomass and seed storage capacity, and 809 was the better parent to improve the biomass and harvest index.
