提出了层压减振复合钢板的设计原则。指出高聚物夹层材料需具有大的阻尼因子值, 且含有极性基团; 复合钢板的结构为对称约束型结构。由计算和试验证明, 用酚醛树脂氯丁橡胶作为夹层制得的层压减振复合钢板具有良好的减振性能和较高的结合强度。
The design principle of laminated damping composite steel plate is put forward. It is pointed out that the polymer sandwich material needs to have a large damping factor value and contains polar groups. The structure of the composite steel plate is symmetric constrained structure. It is proved by calculation and experiment that the laminated damping composite plate made of phenolic resin neoprene has good vibration damping performance and high bonding strength.
