目的 :前交叉韧带损伤的修复 ,是骨科的难题之一 ,本文对前交叉韧带的功能解剖进行研究 ,为临床修复提供依据。方法 :对 30例 6 0侧前交叉韧带在膝关节处于不同位置时的长度、角度、宽度和厚度进行测量。结果 :前交叉韧带在膝关节处于 0°及屈曲 90°时的长度变化无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,宽度和厚度的变化有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :前交叉韧带内存在“等长纤维” ,附着点内存在“等长点” ,“等长点”是前交叉韧带重建应选择的固定点。
OBJECTIVE: Anterior cruciate ligament injury repair is one of the problems of orthopedics. In this paper, the functional anatomy of the anterior cruciate ligament is studied in order to provide the basis for clinical repair. Methods: Length, angle, width, and thickness of 30 cases of anterior cruciate ligaments of 60 knees at different positions were measured. Results: There was no significant difference in the length of anterior cruciate ligament between knee joint at 0 ° and 90 ° of flexion (P> 0.05). The width and thickness of anterior cruciate ligament were significantly different (P <0 05). CONCLUSION: There are “isometric fibers” in the anterior cruciate ligament and “isosceles points” in the attachment points. The “isosceles points” are the fixed points that should be selected for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
