以固体间苯二胺、硫氰酸钾及乌洛托品为原料研制了一种新型固体复合型缓蚀剂,并利用静态失重法、Tafel极化曲线、电化学阻抗研究了其在10%HCl溶液、10%H2SO4溶液、10%HNO3溶液中对20碳钢的缓蚀行为。结果表明,在上述3种酸溶液中,添加0.5%的新型固体复合型缓蚀剂即可使20碳钢的缓蚀率全部达到80%以上,其中在10%HNO3溶液中,20碳钢的缓蚀率可以达到99.1%。Tafel极化曲线及电化学阻抗也表明该缓蚀剂的加入显著地抑制了20碳钢在酸溶液中的腐蚀速率,说明该缓蚀剂能够在20碳钢的表面形成缓蚀性能优良的保护膜。
A new type of solid composite corrosion inhibitor was prepared from solid m-phenylenediamine, potassium thiocyanate and urotropine. The static state weight loss method, Tafel polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to study the corrosion inhibition effect of 10% HCl solution, 10% H2SO4 solution, 10% HNO3 solution of 20 carbon steel corrosion inhibition. The results showed that the corrosion inhibition rate of 20 carbon steels reached more than 80% by adding 0.5% new type of solid compound inhibitor in the above 3 kinds of acid solutions. Among them, the corrosion rate of 20 carbon steel in 10% HNO3 solution Corrosion rate can reach 99.1%. Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance also showed that the addition of the inhibitor significantly inhibited the corrosion rate of 20 carbon steel in acid solution, indicating that the corrosion inhibitor can form excellent corrosion protection on the surface of 20 carbon steel membrane.
