Interpreting literature is the art and skill that readers develop in practical experience. To develop a sense of comprehensibility of literary works, readers need to understand various critical methods used by literary critics to analyze and interpret literary works. We need to compare the various major criticisms in order to understand them better. This article compares the formalism critics with the deconstructionist critics and thoroughly comprehends the differences between them. It helps us analyze the literary works more effectively from these two perspectives.
