Today, innovation has become an important way to maintain its competitive edge. However, what kind of enterprise is suitable for innovation? What kind of innovation is suitable? Is it possible to innovate successfully with resources? See Harvard University professor's analysis. Personal ability ≠ business capability When the need to assign staff to be responsible for a major innovation, managers will instinctively choose those who have the ability to do the job. At the time of selection, in addition to assessing the person's relevant knowledge, skills, judgment, thoughts and energy, managers examine the values of the individual - a measure of a person's ability to decide what to do and what not to do. However, some managers have never taken the same serious thought of the question of whether their own businesses have the ability to accomplish these innovations. They take it for granted that if the individual employee has enough power, the entire enterprise has the same ability to innovate successfully.
