近几十年来,随着高速铁路建设的快速发展,大体积现浇简支箱梁在铁路桥梁中的应用不断增加,促进了现浇混凝土简支箱梁施工工法的不断完善和成熟。最常用的有移动模架施工和支架施工。支架施工适用于低墩,施工主要内容包括地基工程,支架工程,模板工程,钢筋混凝土工程,预应力钢筋工程等。施工工艺流程如下:地基处理→脚手架搭设与预压→底模与侧模安装→绑扎梁体底腹板钢筋→安装底腹板预应力波纹管→安装内模→安装端模→绑扎顶板钢筋→安装顶板预应力波纹管→梁体混凝土灌注→养护→脱侧模→张拉→压浆→撤支架和底模。
