目的:研究判定面部生长型各指标之间的相关性及其意义。方法:选择常熟玉蕙口腔医院收治的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形患者179例为研究对象,年龄18~35岁(其中男80例,女99例)。每个研究对象摄取正中咬牙合位头颅定位X线侧位片,对包括前颅底平面-下颌下缘最低部切线连线角(SN-GoGn)、前颅底平面-下颌平面角(SN-MP)、眶耳平面-下颌平面角(FMA)在内的9个指标进行测量并进行统计分析。结果:除下面高/全面高(LAFH/TAFH)和后面高/前面高(N-Go/N-Me)指标外,其余各垂直向相关指标间均有中等或强相关性(P<0.01);除LAFH/TAFH、前颅底平面-牙合平面角(SN-OP)和眶耳平面-牙合平面角(FH-OP)外,N-Go/N-Me与各指标均有较明显负相关性(P<0.01);LAFH/TAFH仅与上颌平面-下颌平面角(PP-MP)显示中等强度相关性(P<0.01)。结论:SN-GoGn、SN-MP、FMA、PP-MP、Y轴-眶耳平面角(Y轴角)、SN-OP和FH-OP的相关性结果表明这些指标具有可替代性,而对每位患者都进行LAFH/TAFH和N-Go/N-Me数据测量分析极其必要。
Objective: To study the correlation between the indicators of facial growth and its significance. Methods: A total of 179 patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion deformity who were admitted to ChangHe YuHe Oral Hospital were enrolled in this study. Their ages ranged from 18 to 35 years (including 80 males and 99 females). Each subject received a median craniofacial x-ray radiographs of the upper bite, including SN-GoGn of the anterior skull base-lower edge of the mandible, SN- MP), orbital plane - mandibular plane angle (FMA) were measured and statistically analyzed. RESULTS: There was moderate or strong correlation (P <0.01) among the other vertical indicators except for the following LAFH / TAFH and N-Go / N-Me indexes. N-Go / N-Me and each index were more obvious than those of LAFH / TAFH, SN-OP and FH-OP (P <0.01). LAFH / TAFH showed only a moderate correlation with maxillary plane-mandibular plane angle (PP-MP) (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The correlation between SN-GoGn, SN-MP, FMA, PP-MP, Y-axis orbital ear plane angle (Y-axis angle), SN-OP and FH-OP indicates that these indices are substitutable, LAFH / TAFH and N-Go / N-Me data measurement analysis is extremely necessary for each patient.
