电机电流信号分析(Motor Current Signature Analysis,缩写为MCSA)是监测电机驱动设备的一种有效手段。它是一种无干扰的检测方法,用于检测电机及其从动装置中出现的机械及电气异常,包括生产过程中条件的变化。 电机电流信号分析法所依据的原理是:普通电机在供应机器以动力的同时,随着机械负载的变化也必然会引起电流的变化,沿着电机的电源电缆传输。这种电流变化虽然比电机平均电流小得多,但在远离设备的位置也能可靠地、无干扰地采集到,经处理后作出状态信号显示。在整个过程中可给出设备性能下降或生产过程有变化的早期警告。 电机电流信号分析技术虽然是为了一项特殊任务——确定核电站安全系统中电机操纵阀(MOV)的老化和磨损带来的影响——而开发的,但目前已成功地应用在功率范围为0.03~1700HP的直流和交流电机驱动的各种形式的泵、风机、压缩机、粉碎机及空调系统中。
Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is an effective means of monitoring motor-driven equipment. It is a non-intrusive test method for detecting mechanical and electrical abnormalities that occur in the motor and its driven devices, including changes in conditions during production. The principle of motor current signal analysis is based on the principle that an ordinary motor, while supplying power to a machine, also inevitably causes a change in current with a change in mechanical load and is transmitted along a power cable of the motor. Although this current change is much smaller than the average current of the motor, it can be collected reliably and without interference at the location remote from the equipment. After processing, the status signal is displayed. Early warning of degraded equipment performance or changes in manufacturing process may be given throughout the process. Although developed for a particular task - determining the effects of aging and wear on motorized control valves (MOVs) in nuclear power plant safety systems - the motor current signal analysis technique has so far been successfully applied at power levels of 0.03 ~ 1700HP DC and AC motor-driven various forms of pumps, fans, compressors, shredders and air-conditioning systems.
