我们都希望当亲朋好友问到“你在哪儿上班”的时候,可以骄傲地回答出一家有名的大公司,或是一个有地位的职称, 像是医生、律师,或甚至只说自己在航空公司、科学园区也好,只要听起来混得还不错,大家总会对你投以羡慕的眼光。然而如果是在名不见经传的小公司上班,许多人也许就不想把公司名称说出来,因为会觉得有些丢脸。似乎大家是以大公司或小公司来衡量自己的价值。这种以到大公司才能衬托出身价的观念,是错误的,因为大公司是之前的人造成的,与你无关,进到大公司不代表你的厉害或重要性。
